Whole floors, one contract
We take office ceilings and glass partitions from bare shell to handover. Both are carried out by the JEF team under one contract, so there is no gap between trades where a job normally goes wrong and nobody will take responsibility.
Ceilings for offices
Grid ceilings where the services above need to stay reachable, gypsum bulkheads over cabins and reception, and cove detailing where the space needs to look finished rather than functional. Most floors use a mix.
Nights and weekends
An occupied floor does not have to stop. We plan the sequence around your working hours, sheet and mask each zone, and clear the site every morning before your team arrives.

- Glass doors checked on their floor springs
- Access panels left where the services need reaching
- Site left broom clean
